Where will the meeting be held?

I need a hotel reservation, is there a BPSA Room Block?
Yes, BPSA has a room block. Read our Meeting Hotel & Travel Page for details and make sure to book by June 22. Room availability is limited and fills up quickly, so make sure to book early!
I purchased the registration and hotel bundle and have received an email confirmation from BPSA. Will a separate confirmation be provided from the hotel?
Yes, you will receive a follow up confirmation from the hotel closer to the date. Until then, you can refer to your email receipt as proof for your booking.

I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
Summit registration fees are non-refundable; however, substitutions are permitted. To ensure badge information is updated, please submit substitution requests in writing to BPSA at bpsa@socma.org by July 17, 2026.
For the Summit Registration + Hotel Bundle, please notify BPSA at bpsa@socma.org by June 22 to receive a refund for the hotel portion.
