Summit Registration
Access to the full Summit program featuring educational sessions and networking events. You must be a member to attend the BPSA committee and membership meetings. View agenda page for program details.
Summit Registration + Hotel Bundle Package
You can now book your hotel at the same time you register for the Summit—this is a limited-time offer available through May 1, 2026.
- One-step booking: Reserve your hotel while completing your registration.
- Hotel stay included: 2 nights at the official Summit hotel, Fairmont Copley Plaza (arrival Monday, July 27; departure Wednesday, July 29)*
* If you need more than two nights, please check availability and book directly with the hotel (link).
Confirmation
After completing your registration, you will receive an email confirmation. If you choose the Registration + Hotel Bundle, the hotel will send a separate confirmation closer to the event in July. Until then, your email receipt serves as proof of your booking.

Cancellations & Refunds
Summit registration fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed. To ensure badge information is updated, please submit substitution requests in writing to BPSA at bpsa@socma.org by July 17, 2026.
For the Summit Registration + Hotel Bundle, notify BPSA at bpsa@socma.org by June 22 to receive a refund for the hotel portion.
